Approval (in Germany):
With TüV parts certificate.
The installation of the risers and the used handlebars must be approved by an inspection at TÜV, Dekra, GTÜ, etc.
Their certification must then be carried as proof, similar to an ABE, during the ride.
At the next opportunity (registration, deregistration, or re-registration), it should then be entered into the vehicle documents.
For vehicles not listed in the parts certificate, approval may need to be obtained through an individual approval.
