Nach 3000km absolut zufrieden
Ich hatte das Kofferset nach einigem Hin-und Herüberlegen sowie einigen anderen

Super, passt,.... nach kleiner Nachbearbeitung
Leider war bei dem linken Koffer der Schliesszylinder defekt. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit der Hotline von Polo, wurde mir von Hepco&Becker, unbürokratisch!!!, ein neuer Zylinder mit Schlüssel geschickt. Dankeschön an Polo UND H&B! Austauch war kein Problem. Halterung auf der rechten Seite musste leicht nachbearbeitet werden, da der Koffer nur mit sehr viel Kraft, bzw. durch lösen der Schrauben, wieder zu entfernen war. Ärgerlich, aber kein richtiges Problem.

Nach jetzt 6000 km
Ich hatte ja im vorherigen Bericht die Koffer extrem gelobt. Nun war ich wieder länger in Rumänien unterwegs auf sehr schlechten Straßen und auch im teilweise sehr groben Gelände (Domogled Nationalpark, Pasul Vulcan). Hier fiel mir nun eine Rissbildung entlang der Kanten der Distanzplatte des linken Zubehörträgers auf, an dem der Reservekanister befestigt ist. Der Träger liegt nicht plan auf weil er nicht zwischen die Kunststoffeinfassungen oben und unten am Koffer passt, so dass bei Montage eben eine kleine mittige Aluplatte untergelegt werden muss. Dadurch traten Schwingungen auf bei eben sehr hoher Belastung, welche schlussendlich zur Rissbildung entlang der Kanten der Platte führten. Die Weiterfahrt war problemlos möglich, der Koffer aber schlussendlich defekt. Nach kurzem Mail-Kontakt mit Polo sowie Hepco zurück in München konnte ich den Koffer direkt zu Hepco senden. Und trotz laufender INTERMOT war nach einer guten Woche der Koffer zurück, laut Hepco Mantelblech getauscht, der Koffer sieht aber komplett neu aus. Der Zubehörträger wurde perfekt montiert und eine Distanzplatte über die gesamte Höhe des Halters untergelegt, offensichtlich extra hergestellt. Die alten Schlösser wurden getauscht, so dass die alten Schlüssel passen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass sich gute Qualität dann besonders zeigt, wenn doch Probleme auftreten. Aufgrund der wirklich perfekten Abwicklung (sowohl von Polo und von Hepco) und wirklich ernst genommener Garantie bei jetzt bereits etwas mehr als 2 Jahre alten Koffern für mich 5 Sterne, ansonsten weiterhin wirklich perfekte Funktion trotz sehr hoher Belastung (Trägersystem/Deckel/Scharniere/Aufhängung ohne jeden Mangel). Muss natürlich jeder für sich entscheiden. Ob die Distanzplatte jetzt
