• If the license plate holder is designated as "Outside OP" it is the pure holder WITHOUT license plate, lighting, and reflector - all others are delivered including these parts
• If it is an "Outside OP" license plate holder, the plate, license plate lighting, and reflector are additionally required - whether from Rizoma (Order No. 60390708500, 60390708501, or 60390708502) or another manufacturer
