• By installing the lowering kit, the motorcycle is lowered to the correct seat height
• Since one kit can fit multiple models, you will find the specification of how much the lowering is in the Bike-DB for the respective model
• The lowering is measured here vertically above the rear axle
• The conversion parts for the lowering vary greatly from article to article - see versions

• S(ystem)1 = 2-point strut for the linkage of the shock absorber
• S(ystem)2 = Shock absorber eye for the original shock absorber - a spring press is necessary for installation!

Approval:
With ABE.
The supplied ABE booklet must be carried while riding.
An entry in the vehicle documents is possible for convenience but not necessary.
ATTENTION:
For new models, it may happen that the ABE has not yet been extended at the KBA for timing reasons - in this case, the kit is delivered with a TÜV parts certificate - here an inspector (TÜV, Dekra, etc.) must confirm the correct installation before operation in public road traffic.
This inspection confirmation must then be carried during the ride, similar to an ABE.
At the next opportunity (i.e., next visit to the road traffic office for registration/deregistration/change), this should then be transferred to the registration papers.

Clarification for approval for the Swiss motorcycle vehicle inspection must be done in the store/online shop before ordering. Technical articles that are rejected for registration can unfortunately no longer be returned. Costs may arise for issuing a necessary Swiss certification if the goods were not purchased in Switzerland.
