Liqui Moly Brake Fluid SL6 DOT 4 Glycol

Synthetic brake fluid based on glycol ethers and their boric acid esters. As SL6 with higher approvals also for cars.

Details:

• SL6 is optimally suited for vehicles equipped with safety systems such as ABS and/or ASR, ESP/DSC 
• Features a high boiling and wet boiling point
• Thus, even after some moisture absorption over prolonged use, safe braking is ensured - excellent protection against vapor bubble formation
• Can be processed manually and in all conventional brake fluid bleeding devices
• Ensures high lubricity of all moving parts in the hydraulic brake or clutch system
• Note: Brake fluid is hygroscopic and must be stored in tightly sealed containers. After removal, immediately reseal the container - therefore, a replacement every 24 months is generally recommended by all vehicle manufacturers, regardless of mileage
• On a glycol basis = ATTENTION: not to be used in Harley-Davidson models up to around the year 2005 and older Buell systems that require DOT 5 brake fluid based on silicone!!
• ATTENTION: hydraulic Magura clutches (e.g., on KTM) also require a special fluid and cannot be filled with this brake fluid
