• E-mark and approval number: The IXIL SX1 exhaust has an EC type-approval. As long as the approved dB killer is installed unchanged, no further documents are required, making use simple and straightforward.

Details:

• Complete system with catalytic converter and headers
• completely made of stainless steel with carbon trims on the outlet side
• extremely subtle appearance due to the very intricately crafted, rectangular muffler positioned under the vehicle
• large side outlet with 80 mm diameter
• except for versions for Euro 4 models, a second dB killer is supplied: the version with smaller holes is the approved version, the one with larger holes is intended for racing purposes on racetracks with limited noise levels
• for versions also approved for Euro 4, the dB killer is installed and there is no second unapproved one included!
• for racing purposes, the noise killer (dB-eater) can be completely omitted - without it, operation on public roads is NOT permitted!!

Approval:
With EC type-approval (only valid if the approved dB killer is installed and not modified!!).
The end muffler has an E-mark and an approval number behind it.
Therefore, no additional documents are required, so you do not need to carry any papers.
