WARNING
When using LED indicators on vehicles that originally do not use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flashing frequency to an acceptable level.

Options:

Approval:
With E-mark for front and rear.
The indicators have an E-mark and do not require further documentation.
They can therefore be installed in accordance with the installation regulations without further ado.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from around the mid/late 90s), the following apply:
Minimum distance between indicator glass to indicator glass front/rear: 240/180 mm
Minimum distance between indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Maximum distance of rear indicator to the outermost end of the tail: 300 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility up and down: 15 degrees
Permissible flashing frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles brought into traffic through individual approval, or outside the EU, different dimensions may apply.
