When using LED indicators on vehicles that do not originally use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flashing frequency to an acceptable level.
For Harley-Davidson® LOW RIDER ST models from 2022, the flashing frequency of the LED indicators is automatically regulated by the CAN bus system.
