Details:

• precision fit catalytic converter that can be inserted into the mid-pipe (slip-on) of the muffler if needed
• for models homologated to Euro 3, this is mandatory in addition to the exhaust if the original cat is omitted, as emission limits are otherwise likely not to be met - here it is already included in the exhaust delivery if necessary
• for models homologated up to Euro 2, it can usually be used optionally if the (or one of the) original cat(s) is omitted but emission limits would still be met - see the model in the Bike-DB if applicable
• for models where the original catalytic converter is not omitted or that have no catalytic converter at all, it is usually not suitable or it is usually not sensible to use it
