Allows for a one-time installation on the fork.

Details:

• for single-track vehicles for damage-free mounting/dismounting of toll stickers on fork tubes with a maximum diameter of 8 cm
• cast in one piece with a one-way lock
• therefore non-transferable to other vehicles
• of course, new toll stickers can always be applied over the old ones
• rectangular version suitable for daily and monthly toll stickers
• trapezoidal version suitable for the annual toll sticker
• also usable for toll stickers from other countries if they fit the size

Mounting Location:
Requirement of ASFINAG Maut Service GmbH for the Austrian highway toll sticker:
"The holder may only be mounted on a fixed part of the vehicle that is difficult to remove with a tool." Luggage racks, crash bars, open handlebar ends, open footrests (to name just a few) are not permitted. The holder may only be mounted on the front wheel fork tube.
Mounting procedure: Loop the carrier band around the fork tube and tighten it to the tube stop. Hold against it with a tool (e.g., screwdriver) and fully tighten until it locks in place. Then cut the remaining band length as close as possible with a tool (e.g., side cutters). Then apply the toll sticker to the carrier plate dust-free, fully, and visibly with regard to the expiration date readability (time stickers) on the carrier plate.
Dismounting procedure: After expiration of validity or as desired, cut the carrier band at one of the two hinge points with a sharp tool.

Acceptance: As of March 17, 2011, FixItEasy V4 was confirmed by ASFINAG Maut Service GmbH as an optional, alternative mounting method (compared to sticking directly on the vehicle) when following the above procedure.
Note: The use of this optional holder is at your own risk and is only tested for Austria.
