For a product of the WGB THE TOOL brand, the current statutory warranty regulations apply.
In addition, WGB will replace a tool with a manufacturing or material defect free of charge for a period of 40 years (calculated from the purchase date of the tool) with a flawless tool.
In the event of a warranty claim, the affected tool must be sent to the WGB company address together with the original purchase receipt.
The purchase receipt must include the purchase date and product description.
Whether a manufacturing or material defect exists will be determined by an independent testing institute.
This test result is binding.
Replaced tools become our property (WGB).
The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period that are due to manufacturing or material defects at the time of purchase.
The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: In case of improper or non-intended use of the tool, in case of alteration or modification of the tool, in case of non-compliance with operating instructions, as well as for normal wear and tear and the usual wear and tear of the tool.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not attributable to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It does not constitute an extension or a new beginning of the warranty period.
The warranty applies to products purchased within the European Union.
