For a product of the WGB THE TOOL brand, the current statutory warranty regulations apply.

This test result is binding.
Replaced tools become our property (WGB).
The warranty covers all defects in the product during the warranty period that are due to manufacturing or material defects at the time of purchase.
The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: improper or non-intended use of the tool, alteration or modification of the tool, non-compliance with operating instructions, as well as normal wear and tear and usual tool wear.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not due to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It does not represent an extension or restart of the warranty period.
The warranty applies to products purchased within the European Union.
Claims for defects that the buyer has against the seller through the purchase contract, as well as the legal rights, are not restricted by this warranty.
