For a product of the WGB THE TOOL brand, the current legal warranty regulations apply.
In addition, WGB will replace the tool free of charge for a period of 40 years (calculated from the date of purchase of the tool) in the event of a manufacturing or material defect.
In the event of a warranty claim, the affected tool must be sent together with the original purchase receipt to the WGB company address.
The purchase receipt must include the purchase date and product description.
Whether a manufacturing or material defect exists will be determined by an independent testing institute.
This test result is binding.
Replaced tools become our property (WGB).
The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period that are due to manufacturing or material defects at the time of purchase.
The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: In case of improper or non-designated use of the tool, in case of alteration or modification of the tool, in case of non-compliance with operating instructions, as well as for normal wear and tear and the usual wear and tear of the tool.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not due to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It does not constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period.
The warranty is valid for products purchased within the European Union.
Claims for defects that the buyer has against the seller through the purchase contract, as well as the legal rights, are not restricted by this warranty.
