The warranty does not apply in the following cases: In the event of improper or non-intended use of the tool, alteration or modification of the tool, non-compliance with operating instructions, as well as normal wear and tear and customary wear of the tool.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not attributable to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It does not constitute an extension or restart of the warranty period.
