For a product of the WGB THE TOOL brand, the current statutory warranty regulations apply.
In addition, WGB replaces the tool free of charge for a period of 40 years (calculated from the date of purchase of the tool) in the event of a manufacturing or material defect of the tool.
In the event of a warranty claim, the affected tool must be sent to the WGB company address together with the original purchase receipt.

Whether a manufacturing or material defect exists is determined by an independent testing institute.
This test result is binding.
Replaced tools become our property (WGB).
The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period that are due to manufacturing or material defects at the time of purchase.
The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: In the event of improper or non-intended use of the tool, in the event of alteration or modification of the tool, in the event of non-compliance with operating instructions as well as for normal wear and tear and the usual wear and tear of the tool.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not attributable to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery within the framework of this warranty is free of charge.
It does not constitute an extension or a new beginning of the warranty period.
