Pair of one thicker and one thinner steel plate to potentially compensate for series tolerances.
Details:
- in some models, it can occur that with the normal steel plate set, the required thickness of the plate pack with the linings is not reached or even exceeded
- where this can occur, this adjuster kit is found in the Bike-DB for the model
- it is likely that the normal steel plate set will suffice for the models
- if the strength of the plate pack (friction plates and steel plates) deviates from the target value, instead of one of the steel plates from the complete set, either the slightly thinner or the slightly thicker steel plate from this adjuster kit is used
- unfortunately, this can only be recognized when the clutch is open on the vehicle and cannot be clarified in advance based on the engine number
- we recommend ordering this adjuster kit additionally in case of doubt to avoid delays during assembly
