Universal direction indicators with 10-watt bulb.

• mounting note: The indicators have ventilation holes on one side - please mount them so that they face downward

• for vehicles that originally have 10-watt indicators, no changes to the electrical system (resistors, different flasher relay, etc.) are necessary

Options:

• for easier connection without changes to the cables of the original indicators, there are corresponding adapter cables for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 50170003460 and following  as well as 50170502000 and following)
• if the installation is to replace the original indicators, their mounting is usually too large - for many manufacturers/models, there are suitable adapter plates with which the installation is then easily possible (Order No. 50170100000 and following) - if necessary, the mounting hole in the adapter must be enlarged
• replacement bulb 12 volts 10 watts BA15S (Order number 50150000250)
• for conversion to 6-volt electrical systems, only the bulb needs to be replaced with a corresponding one (Order number 50150000270)

Approval:
With E-mark for front and rear.
The indicators have an E-mark and require no further paperwork.
They can therefore be installed without any issues, in accordance with installation regulations.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from approx. mid/late 90s) apply:
Minimum distance between indicator glass to indicator glass front/rear: 240/180 mm
Minimum distance between indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Maximum distance of rear indicator to the outermost end of the rear: 300 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility up and down: 15 degrees
Permissible flashing frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles that were put into service through individual approval, or in non-EU countries, different measurements may apply.
