Quatschen mit Sozia einfach gemacht
Der Einbau und die Einrichtung war total easy, Qualität und Preis

Headset gut, Kundendienst auch
Der Einbau in HJC RPHA MAX EVO ging spielend, lediglich für die Lautsprecher musste die vorhandene Aussparung ein wenig angepasst werden. Im LS2 STREAM ebenfalls. Leider stellte ich nach dem Einbau fest das bei einem Lautsprecherpaar einer defekt war. TIPP: Vor Einbau alles testen! Kontakt mit Polo aufgenommen, musste zum Glück nur den defekten Lautsprecher zurück senden. Hat der nette Mann von Polo bei Sena hinbekommen. Das ganze dauerte dann vier Wochen (mit den Feiertagen!). Kurz gesagt, die Zusagen von Polo wurden eingehalten. Kundendienst also gut! Heute neue Lautsprecher bekommen, vorher getestet, alles gut. So etwas kann halt mal passieren und weil der Kundendienst von Polo gut war gibt es auch vier Sterne. Preis/ Leistung vom Headset für mich absolut i.O.

Artikel TOP - Lieferung FLOP
Artikel bestellt. Es tat sich wochenlang gar nix, bis ich nachtelefoniert habe. Der Mitarbeiter stellte dann den schon längeren Lieferverzug von Sena fest. Es wurde der Einkauf verständigt - danach bekam ich sofort eine Rückmeldung, dass es sich noch etwas hinziehen kann. Hat dann doch noch alles geklappt. Der Einbau war anfangs etwas knifflig - beim zweiten Helm ging's dafür dann schon besser.

nur bedingt zufrieden
Lieferung kam pünktlich an. Die Firmensoftware ist z. Zt. nicht erneuerbar. Auch lässt sich die Sprache nicht von englisch auf deutsch umstellen. Mit der von Sean angebotenen App für Mac lässt sich das Gerät nicht erkennen und somit auch nicht einstellen. Die Service-Hotline konnte bislang nicht helfen. Das Gerät funktioniert beim telefonieren während der Fahrt jedoch einwandfrei.
