Very stable tapered aluminum handlebar with a diameter at the clamp of 28.6 mm and at the grips of 22 mm.

Approval (in Germany):
With TÜV parts certificate.
A tester (TÜV, Dekra, etc.) must confirm the correct installation before operation on public roads.
This test confirmation must then be carried, similar to an ABE, during the ride.
At the next opportunity (i.e., the next visit to the road traffic office for registration/deregistration/reregistration), it should then be included in the registration papers.
For models not listed in the parts certificate, the tester can enter the handlebar and, if necessary, the Conus adapter/riser through individual acceptance.

Assembly Requirements and Notes:

• All lines and cables must be laid so that they are kink- and tension-free during all steering and suspension movements and that there is sufficient distance from chafing points.
• The brake hoses must not fall below a bending radius of 40 mm.
• At full steering lock, with the engine running, the engine speed must not change in either direction.
• Attention must be paid to the functional position of all control elements on the handlebar, even at full steering lock.
• The master cylinder and reservoir must be in a functional working position.
• Attention must be paid to the free movement of the handlebar, its attachments, and sufficient steering lock on each side.
• The handlebar must move easily from stop to stop.
• After installation, a functional check of the brakes, clutch, throttle, lights, and horn must be carried out.
