Detailed Product Description:
Tank Bag 01 Magnet/Strap
Universal tank bag with strong magnets and strap attachment for most tank shapes regardless of the tank material (steel, aluminum, plastic).
Details:
- thanks to the 7 strong double magnets and the additionally or alternatively usable strap attachments, it can be used on almost all models where the tank is appropriately shaped
- with a pure steel tank, the 7 strong magnets ensure a secure hold, the flexible side wings usually also allow attachment on rugged tank surfaces
- with tank shapes where all magnets have full contact, the use of the headstock strap can be omitted for comfort reasons - the magnets are very powerful
- with an aluminum or plastic tank, the pure three-/four- or five-point strap attachment is optionally used (4x double D fastening strap + headstock strap)
- Note: when used as a strap tank bag, make sure that the magnet wings are well secured so they do not move during the ride or in the wind
- with models where only part of the tank is magnetic (e.g., steel tank at the back, plastic cover at the front), the function of the magnets and the strap attachment can be combined for secure hold
- with such models, for example, the attachment is done at the front with the headstock strap and at the back with the magnets - making handling, especially when refueling, much easier than with a pure strap tank bag
- two main compartments, a large one at the bottom, the upper one is continuously adjustable in height and thus in volume via a circumferential zipper
- due to its clear shape and equipment with plenty of storage space for the required footprint
- also maintains its shape when unloaded thanks to stable side walls
- the zippers of the main compartments can be secured against each other with a snap button - prevents unwanted opening of the zipper during the ride
- the large map pocket in the lid is accessible from the outside - ideally suited to position a tablet, smartphone, or (auto) GPS in the field of view
- two large side pockets and one facing the cockpit offer plenty of space for items that you might need quickly (sunglasses, camera, etc.)
- side reflective piping for better visibility
- includes high-quality rain cover with window
- soft, paint-friendly contact surface
- the headstock strap can also be used as a shoulder strap
- sturdy carrying handle
- made of robust 900D polyester with PVC inner coating
- please always carefully increase speed on the first rides or with new loading
- approx. 20 to 27 liters storage (height variable)

Universal Strap Mounting:
- for pure magnet mounting and for the combination magnet/strap, it can be adapted accordingly
- place the tank bag on the tank so that the steering angle is not impaired
- first lay the front straps (to frame tubes, fairing holders, or connected under the headstock without pinching cables, lines, or even the triple clamps or hindering their movement)
- then tighten them so that the tank bag allows free movement of the handlebars
- individually find load-bearing attachment points for the rear fastening straps on each motorcycle
- these are usually frame tubes under the tank or under the seat, but also footrest carriers, etc.
- the fastening straps can be attached independently of each other on the right and left - if this is not possible, you can also connect them to create a continuous strap from right to left (e.g., under the tank)
- also, make sure that nothing is pinched
- then also tighten the two fastening straps until the tank bag is centered and firmly sits on the tank
- secure the strap ends against fluttering
Options:
- security lock to secure the tank bag to the motorcycle and/or the zipper of the main compartment (Order No. 70250500000 or 70250500001)
- paint protection film (Order No. 60470101590 or 60470101790) can additionally protect the tank from coarse dirt
- with these cable adapters, you can route power from a vehicle socket into the tank bag (Order No. 50220000460, 60130000700)
- with the universal pair of holding eyes with quick releases, attachment points can be created where none exist (Order No. 70320000240)

Regenfahrt dank Regenhaube ales trocken blieb.
