Öhlins Shock Absorber Pair STX36DR1L

Twin Shock Monotube Gas Pressure Shock Absorber with separating piston, internal reservoir (compensation tank), and height adjustment.
For optimized responsiveness and with reserves that the original shock absorbers cannot offer.
Provides very secure traction for lots of grip with high comfort - overall a clearly improved road holding.

Details:

  • Stereo gas pressure shock absorbers where the oil and gas are separated
  • the compensation tanks are not located outside the shock absorbers but are integrated into the upper part - thus avoiding cheaper emulsion dampers where both mix during the ride, affecting the damping
  • this ensures more consistent performance even under high loads
  • shock piston with a diameter of 36 mm
  • mechanical stepless spring preload adjustment via the supplied hook wrench
  • rebound damping adjustable via handwheel
  • through height adjustment, the length and thus the rear height or wheel load distribution can be individually adjusted when the shock absorber is removed
  • the wide range of adjustment options allows almost anyone to optimally tune to weight, riding style, and preferences
  • a detailed manual for model-specific installation and the procedure for individual adjustment is included
