Kellermann LED Metal Sequential Turn Signal with Running Light M8 Jetstream® CL

With the Cruising Light function, the turn signals continuously illuminate as position lights with yellow light, and when the turn signal is activated, it takes over the blinking function with a sequential effect. Two parallel illuminated position lights visually widen the silhouette of the vehicle, which is particularly helpful for the perception of oncoming traffic.

• For motorcycles with factory-installed Cruising Light and blinking function (e.g., many Honda models), the Kellermann Jetstream® CL can be used as a replacement

WARNING:
When using LED turn signals on vehicles that originally do not use LED turn signals, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flash frequency to an acceptable level.

Options:

• For easier connection without modifications to the original turn signal cables, there are corresponding adapter cables for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 5018801 and 5654451)
• If the installation is to take place instead of the original turn signals, their mounting is usually too large - for many manufacturers/models, there are suitable adapter plates that make installation easier (Order No. 5650341)

Approval:
With E-mark for the front.
The turn signal has an E-mark and requires no further paperwork.
They can therefore be installed without any issues, in accordance with installation regulations.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from about mid/late 90s) the following apply:
Minimum distance from turn signal lens to turn signal lens: 180 mm
Maximum distance from rear turn signal to the outermost end of the tail: 300 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility upward and downward: 15 degrees
Permissible flash frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles approved individually, or those in non-EU countries, different dimensions may apply.
