Guter Helm/schwachbrüstiger Visiermechanik
Reklamiert, dass das Visier bei 80km/h zuklappt. Belehrung erhalten, dass das Visier beim fahren immer geschlossen sein muss. Mein Hinweis auf eine neue Mechanik von HJC wurde gesagt, dass es diese nicht gibt und auch nicht passt. Bei einem Mitbewerber beraten lassen, gekauft / eingebaut. Alles i.O.. Service /Kundenfreundlichkeit zumindest bei Polo in Kiel stark ausbaufähig!

Mein HJC Helm
Also ich finde die Belüftung besser als in meinem vorherigen Schuberth Helm. Sehr wirksam.Die zu schwache Rastung des Visiers habe ich bei HJC reklamiert und habe in kurzer Zeit eine Rückmail bekommen.Es gibt einen Umbausatz.Seit einiger Zeit versuche ich,Polo Jüchen telefonisch zu erreichen.Geht nicht.Habe Mail geschrieben,aber noch keine Antwort. HJC arbeitet kundenorientiert,was bei Polo noch Luft nach oben hat.

Sein Geld nicht Wert
Belüftung nichts besonderes , oder besser als bei anderen Modellen.Die Visier Scheibe klappt bei leichter Kopfbewegung zu .Ebenso ist diese Milchig was man erst bei Sonnenschein bemerkt.werde diesen Morgen in die Filiale bringen mal schauen ob der zurück genommen wird.Bin absolut nicht zufrieden.

Klapphelm HJC RPHA91
Finde diesen Helm sehr bequem und ist mein bisher bester Motorradhelm. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt und cool ist dass das Sena Smart HJC 50B Kommunikationssystem sich integrieren lässt und so gut verstaut ist.
