WARNING:
When using LED indicators on vehicles that do not originally use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flash rate to an acceptable level.
Options:
- also available as a version with a 21-watt bulb (Order No. 50170400150 and following)
- for easier connection without modifications to the cables of the original indicators, there are corresponding adapter cables for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 50170003460 and following as well as 50170502000 and following) - Ground may need to be routed separately from the housing to the adapter cable!
- if mounting in place of the original indicators, their mounting is often too large - for many manufacturers/models, there are suitable adapter plates that make mounting possible without problems (Order No. 50170100000 and following) - the mounting hole in the adapter may need to be enlarged - Ground may then need to be routed separately from the housing to the adapter cable!
Approval:
With E-mark for front and rear.
The indicators have an E-mark and do not require any further paperwork.
They can therefore be installed without further ado, in accordance with mounting regulations.
For motorcycles with E-approval (from about mid/late 1990s) the following apply:
Minimum distance between indicator glass to indicator glass front/rear: 240/180 mm
Minimum distance between indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Maximum distance of rear indicator to the outermost end of the rear: 300 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility up and down: 15 degrees
Permissible flash rate: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles approved individually, or in non-EU countries, different dimensions may apply.

Schöne Blinker.
Versand war in Ordnung,die Blinker sehen toll aus und scheinen doch schon höherwertig zu sein,habe sie aber noch nicht angebaut,bin gespannt wie sie an meiner VN15 aussehen.
