Als Zusatz/ Not-Scheinwerfer ganz ok
Ich habe eine Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Modell ab 2014. Das heißt, es ist nur 1 Abblendscheinwerfer. Dieser ist wohl relativ groß und mit einer H7-Lampe versehen. Den Highsider Comet Abblendscheinwerfer habe ich mir nur als Zusatzscheinwerfer bzw. Abblendscheinwerfer gekauft und in der Mitte unter dem Originalscheinwerfer zwischen den Gabelrohren montiert. Hauptgrund war, einen blendfreien Ersatzscheinwerfer bei Dunkelheit schnell zuschalten zu können, falls die H7 durchbrennt. Solange man nur 1 Scheinwerfer montiert und der in der Mitte ist, müsste es sogar durch den TÜV gehen, denn ein Motorrad darf laut EU-Bestimmung 2 Abblendscheinwerfer haben. Die viel zitierten 20 cm beziehen sich übrigens auf den Abstand zum Hauptscheinwerfer in der Breite, nicht in der Höhe. Zwei Cometen jeweils 1 rechts und 1 links auf den Sturzbügeln zu montieren wäre nicht erlaubt, weil man dann schon 3 Lampen hätte. (geht nur mit Scheinwerfern, die als Nebelleuchten deklariert sind. Kann natürlich sein, dass 2 Cometen direkt nebeneinnder wiederum als 1 Abblendlicht gilt. Aber das gibt meiner Meinung nach die STVO und die Zusatzinfos dazu nicht her.) Als alleiniges Licht würde ich den Highsider Comet als zu schwach empfinden. Von der Ausleuchtung her ist er auf den ersten Metern nicht
