The Highsider LED Taillight/Indicator Pair Proton Three offers you a stylish and functional lighting solution. The self-adhesive mounting allows you flexibility in placement. These universal indicators are a must-have for every motorcycle enthusiast.

Universal small direction indicators with integrated tail/brake light for sticking onto the fairing, license plate holder, etc.

• only a small outlet for the cables is necessary at the location

WARNING:
When using LED indicators on vehicles that originally do not use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flash frequency to an acceptable level.

Options:

• with the adjustable resistor, use is possible even with almost all models with CAN-BUS without any problems (Order No. 50220000640)
• if the legal distances cannot otherwise be maintained or the license plate is simply in the way, additional necessary extensions for the indicator arm can be used (Order No. 50170400860, 50170400870, or 50170003561)
• for easier connection without changes to the original indicator cables, there are corresponding adapter cables for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 50170003460 and following  as well as 50170502000 and following)
• if the installation is to take place in place of the original indicators, their mounting is usually too large - for many manufacturers/models, there are suitable adapter plates with which installation is then possible without problems (Order No. 50170100000 and following)
• also available as pure indicators (Order No. 50170401280)
• also available as indicators with integrated position light or as pure position light (Order No. 50170401290 and 60290004550)

Approval:
With E-mark for the rear.
The indicators, taillights, and brake lights have an E-mark and require no further papers.
They can therefore be installed without any problems, in accordance with the mounting regulations.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from around mid/late 90s):
Minimum distance indicator glass to indicator glass front/rear: 240/180 mm
Minimum distance indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Maximum distance rear indicator to the outermost end of the rear: 300 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inwards/outwards: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility upwards and downwards: 15 degrees
Permissible flash frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles that have been put into circulation through individual approval, or outside the EU, different measurements may apply.
