stabil und solide
Lässt sich auch an einer V-Strom 1000 (2018) mit Motorschutzbügel (H+B) gut montieren. Alle Bohrungen habe gepasst. Der Motorschutz macht einen stabilen und soliden Eindruck!

Nur ohne Sturzbügel zu gebrauchen
Ich habe versucht diesen an meine V Strom 1000 ABS zu montieren, jedoch geht das mit den bei mir montierten Sturzbügeln nicht. Entweder werden durch die zusätzlichen Halter die Bügel zu weit auseinander gedrückt oder sie wackeln rum ( je nach verwendeten Abstandsring ) . Außerdem kommt der rechte Haltebügel des Motorschutzes nicht am Kühlerschlauch vorbei, auch wenn man diesen verdreht. Auch wenn ich versuche die Halter irgendwie hin zu biegen, liegt der Motorschutz am Krümmer an. Die Inbusschrauben zur Befestigung an den Haltern sind auch nicht das Beste am Markt. Schlechte Passgenauigkeit und Haltbarkeit. Weder passt ein 3er noch ein 4er Inbus richtig rein ( und ich habe kein Baumarkt Werkzeug ). Wenn ich bedenke das die mind. 1mal im Jahr zur Wartung ab müssen. 2 Sterne gebe ich da der eigentliche Motorschutz hochwertig und solide wirkt. Nützt aber nichts wenn ich diesen nicht mit Sturzbügel ( anderer Hersteller ) montieren kann. Vielleicht sollte der Hersteller die Montage mit anderen Sturzbügeln einschränken. Ohne Sturzbügel ist der Motorschutz mit Sicherheit der Beste am Markt da direkt mit dem Rahmen verbunden und nicht mit dem Motor, wodurch die Last auf den Rahmen geht.

Massiv und passgenau
Habe den Motorschutz an meine Honda NC 750 X mit DCT von meinem HH anbauen lassen weil ich ein bisschen faul war. Passt einwandfrei , sieht gut aus und im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz kann man den Hauptständer noch benutzen.
