Small universal indicator with integrated taillight/brake light and tinted glass.

WARNING:
When using LED indicators on vehicles that do not originally use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flash rate to a permissible level.

Options:

• if the legal distances cannot otherwise be maintained or if the license plate is simply in the way, additional necessary extensions for the indicator arm can be used (Order No. 50170400860, 50170400870, or 50170400871)
• for easier connection without modifications to the original indicator cables, there are corresponding adapter cables for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 50170003460 and following as well as 50170502000 and following)
• if the mounting is to be done in place of the original indicators, their mounting is usually too large - for many manufacturers/models, there are suitable adapter plates that make mounting possible without any problems (Order No. 50170100000 and following)
• with the adjustable resistor, also usable for models with CAN-BUS system without problems (Order No. 50220000640)
• also available as a version with integrated position light for the front (Order No. 50170702020 and 50170702021) or as a pure indicator (Order No. 50170702000 and 50170702001)

Approval:
With E-mark for the rear.
The indicators and position lights have an E-mark and require no further documentation.
They can therefore be installed without any issues, according to the installation regulations.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from around the mid/late 1990s), the following applies:
Minimum distance from indicator glass to indicator glass at the rear: 180 mm
Maximum distance from rear indicator to the outermost end of the tail: 300 mm
Permissible installation height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility upward and downward: 15 degrees
Permissible flash rate: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles approved individually, or in non-EU countries, different dimensions may apply.
