Sequential LED indicators with sequentially lighting LEDs (so-called sequential effect) for increased safety through better visibility in this signaling mode.

• when activated, the LEDs light up sequentially from the inside out until all are lit, then start again from the beginning

ATTENTION:
When using LED turn signals on vehicles that do not originally use LED turn signals, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flash frequency to an acceptable level.

Options:

• for easier connection without changes to the cables of the original indicators, there are corresponding adapter cables for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 50170003460 and following as well as 50170502000 and following)
• if the installation is to replace the original indicators, their mounting is usually too large - for many manufacturers/models there are suitable adapter plates that make installation easy (Order No. 50170100000 and following), if necessary, the hole of the adapter plate must be enlarged to M10

Approval:
With E-mark for front and rear.
The indicators have an E-mark and do not require further papers.
They can be installed without further ado, according to the installation regulations.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from about mid/late 90s) the following apply:
Minimum distance between indicator glass to indicator glass front/rear: 240/180 mm
Minimum distance between indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Maximum distance from rear indicator to the outermost end of the tail: 300 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility upwards and downwards: 15 degrees
Permissible flash frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles that were individually approved, or outside the EU, different dimensions may apply.
