The original indicators are too bulky for you, but you also don't want to attach a smaller indicator to the original mounts (possibly with adapter plates)?
Attaching clamp indicators directly to the fork doesn't quite appeal to you either?
You can simply position these small LED aluminum indicators between the handlebar mirror and its mount.
It hardly gets any more discreet - and it fits almost all motorcycles with handlebar mirrors.

- you simply insert the thread of the handlebar mirror through the indicator's support bracket and then screw it into the mirror mount
- this is possible with almost all models with M10 or M8 mirror threads - the thread just has to be long enough to securely screw the additional 4 mm of the indicator
- the positioning of the indicator to the mirror arm can be outward or inward, upward or, if necessary, downward - depending on how the other components on the vehicle allow
- if the housing points downward, you should rotate the LED insert in the housing (possible via set screw clamping - the writing on the glass must not be upside down)
- can of course also be mounted in many other places with appropriate screw points (e.g., radiator cover, for the rear: passenger handle, luggage rack, etc.)

When using LED indicators on vehicles that do not originally use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flash frequency to an acceptable level.

With E-mark for front and rear.
The indicators have an E-mark and require no further paperwork.
They can be installed without further ado, in accordance with installation regulations - among other things, visibility must not be restricted (e.g., by a fairing).
For motorcycles with E-approval (from about mid/late 90s) the following apply:
Minimum distance between indicator glass to indicator glass front/rear: 240/180 mm
Minimum distance between indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Maximum distance of rear indicator to the outermost end of the tail: 300 mm
Permissible installation height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility upward and downward: 15 degrees
Permissible flash frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles registered individually, or in non-EU countries, different measurements may apply.

Nette Idee
Die Befestigung am Spiegelfuß ist eine nette Idee, aber mit angepasster (evtl. stark geneigter) Hebelei sieht es dann schnell traurig aus. Der Abstrahlwinkel ist nur sehr geradlinig nach vorne und von mittlerer Helligkeit. Wertiger Eindruck des Alugehäuses. Geht zurück, daher keine Aussage zum Praxiseinsatz.
