Nach Schottland-Tour folgt die Bewertung des GIVI V56
So, wir sind aus Schottland wieder da und haben alle Wetter mitgemacht - und das TopCase natürlich auch. Das wichtigste zuerst: Absolut dicht obwohl ich das Original-Gepäckgitter #70150001104 sowie das optional erhältliche Beleuchtungskit #E160 an-/eingebaut habe und hierzu Löcher in den Koffer gebohrt werden müssen. Auf dem Gepäckgitter unter einem Gumminetz hatten wir immer griffbereit unsere Regenklamotten #22012109012 und konnten immer schnell auf das schottische Wetter reagieren. Der Koffer bietet soviel Platz das man auf jeden Fall immer das Gewicht im Auge behalten sollte wobei wir bei fast 20 kg lagen und alles gehalten hat. Der einzige Nachteil ist wohl in dem offenen Schließzylinder zu sehen denn nach Regenfahrten zieht es das Wasser und den Dreck ins Schloß was mit hörbarem Knirschen endet. Das läßt sich zwar wieder reinigen aber wir kleben jetzt bei Regen ein Kelbeband drüber. Der Anbau des Gitters war einfach durch eine gute Beschreibung und vormarkierten Bohrpunkten. Der Einbau des Licht-Kits ist da etwas fummeliger und natürlich aufgrund der nötigen Verkabelung wesentlich zeitaufwendiger - aber natürlich machbar. Wer viel zu transportieren hat ist mit diesem Koffer gut beraten - wir waren zu zweit mit diesem Koffer und Tankrucksack 10 Tage in Schottland und hatten alles Nötige verstauen können. Selbst im stärksten Regen war der Inhalt stets trocken und sicher verschlossen bei Pausen und Aufenthalten.
