CTEK Battery Charger MXS 5.0
Charger with maintenance function for 12 Volt lead-acid batteries (WET, MF, AGM, and Gel).
You can use this charger to charge the battery as needed or leave it connected during longer idle periods (e.g., over the winter) to extend the battery's lifespan.
Particularly suitable for small to large batteries, including in cars, jet skis, lawn mowers, boats, caravans, motorhomes, etc.

- detects the battery's charge status and automatically starts the optimal charging process or maintenance mode
- fully automatic 8-step charger - "connect and forget", meaning connect, choose one of the 4 basic settings and forget until vehicle use - everything in between is done by the charger independently

Super Gerät
Endlich mal ein wirklich intelligentes CTEK! Kein Vergleich zum alten XS3600. Dieses Gerät schaltet auch wirklich ab, wenn Batterie voll und grillt sie nicht zu Tode. Dank der Timer in den einzelnen Ladephasen und der Temperaturkompensation kann ich das Gerät auch für die Dauerladung empfehlen. Nach 10 Tagen mit 13,6 Volt wird die Ladung erst wieder bei Unterschreiten von 12,7 Volt zugeschaltet und nicht wie früher schon bei 12,9.Das ist wirklich wichtig bei einer Überwinterung an diesem Ladegerät. Außerdem startet das Ladegerät beim neu anschließen an eine bereits zwischengeladene Batterie sofort den Ladevorgang und nicht wie früher beim 3600er erst, wenn die Batterie unter 12,9 Volt fällt. Leider hat CTEK immer noch kein Geld für anständige Silikonkabel ausgegeben. Diese wären gerade bei Kälte ein Komfortgenuß. Das Ladegerät ist nicht wirklich billig aber meines Erachtens das beste mir bekannte auf dem Markt. Trotz allem nicht vergessen den Säurestand im Auge zu behalten. Bei Dauerladung endsteht Wasserstoff und es muß bei Bedarf mit destilliertem Wasser nachgefüllt werden.

Habe schon mehrere dieser Teile seit ca. 2 Jahren im Einsatz. Erweckt auch durch die zur Verfügung stehenden Ladezyklusse wieder müde Batterien zum Leben. Lade damit Motorrad- wie auch Autobatterien.

Alleskönner
Brauch es hauptsächlich zur Überwinterung, aber es kann auch die Batterie teilweise erneuern. Mit dem Stecksystem funktioniert es prima.

Ladung vollautomatisch oder mit speziellem Programm möglich. Sehr gute Ladezustandsanzeigen. Einfach in der Bedienung. Klasse Stecksystem. Auf das Motorrad abgestimmtes gutes Zubehör. Würde ich wieder kaufen....

Das perfekte Allzweckladegerät für Moped und Auto. Funktionalität, Zubehör und Anleitung vom Feinsten (die Anleitung ist in Kurzform sogar auf dem mitgelieferten Packsack gedrückt). Einfach Klasse - so wie in vielen Tests bestätigt.
