SECURITY WITH PRE-ALARM
The ABUS disc brake lock GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 sets standards in quality, protection, and
comfort.
An intelligent pre-alarm indicates movements at the lock and silences in case of a false alarm. If
the lock continues to be attacked, an alarm of at least 100 dB sounds.
Thanks to 3D Position Detection, the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 reliably detects movements at the lock and initially triggers the intelligent pre-alarm, which stops after seven signal tones. Only after that and with further
movements does the 100 dB loud full alarm sound for 15 seconds. In addition, the automatic
disc brake detection system knows exactly when the lock is on the disc to secure the bike or not. Thus,
the GRANIT™ Detecto XPlus 8077 2.0 can be conveniently transported closed without the alarm function
triggering. Different colored LEDs provide an overview of the activity and battery status at a glance.
The necessary material strength is ensured by the hardened special steel from which the locking bolt, the housing, and bearing
parts of the locking mechanism are made. The installed ABUS XPlus cylinder has been specially optimized against
manipulation, such as picking attacks.
