Replaced tools become our property (WGB).

The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: In the event of improper or non-designated use of the tool, modification or alteration of the tool, failure to observe operating instructions, as well as normal wear and tear and typical wear of the tool.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not attributable to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It does not constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period.
