For a product of the WGB THE TOOL brand, the current statutory warranty regulations apply.
In addition, WGB replaces a tool free of charge for a period of 40 years (calculated from the date of purchase of the tool) in the event of a manufacturing or material defect.
In the event of a warranty claim, the affected tool must be sent to the WGB company address together with the original proof of purchase.
The proof of purchase must include the purchase date and product description.
Whether a manufacturing or material defect exists will be determined by an independent testing institute.
This test result is binding.
Replaced tools become our property (WGB).
The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period that are due to manufacturing or material defects at the time of purchase.
The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: In the event of improper or non-intended use of the tool, modification or alteration of the tool, disregard of operating instructions, as well as for normal wear and tear and the usual wear and tear of the tool.
The warranty ends when the tool becomes unusable for reasons not attributable to a material or manufacturing defect.
The replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It neither extends nor restarts the warranty period.
The warranty applies to products purchased within the European Union.
Warranty claims that the buyer has against the seller through the purchase contract, as well as statutory rights, are not restricted by this warranty.
