Hi-Q gel battery
Maintenance-free, 12-volt, high-performance starter battery in a closed casing for motorcycles, scooters, quads, snowmobiles, ride-on mowers, etc.
Details:
- as replacement for YT and YTZ types or as upgrade for maintenance-free YB and YTX batteries

- lead-acid battery of the highest quality - every battery is thoroughly checked and tested before delivery
- Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM): the electrolyte is bound in a fleece made of glass fiber, a gel electrolytet is created by adding silicones
- this combination results in a reliable high starting performance and hardly any capacity losses due to segregation of the acid layers
- this starter battery is completely self-contained, therefore, leak-proof. It can be installed in almost any position (poles should point upwards)

Initial setup:
- to avoid damages, please check before installation if this battery fits your vehicle (fit, dimensions, type, position of the poles)
- the battery is delivered preloaded and does not have the full power - please make sure to charge it to full capacity with a corresponding motorcycle charger (at least with automatic shutdown) prior to installation
- to protect the poles after connection, we recommend the use of battery grease

Nach nur 1,5 Jahren kaputt
Bereits letzte Saison Probleme gehabt, diese Saison kaputt, Motorrad lässt sich trotz geladener Batterie nicht mehr starten.

Nur 2 Sommer
Das erste Mal eine Gel-Batterie über Rabattpreis im Mai 2022 gekauft. Nach Einbau erschien sie mir sehr kraftvoll. Nach 2 Jahren war's das nun. Meine preislich gleichen Bleiakkus haben mindestens immer 4 Jahre überlebt bei gleicher Nutzung / Behandlung.

nach 1 Jahr kaputt
Ich habe die Batterie 06/23 gekauft und gefahren. Über den Winter war sie am Ladegerät auf Erhaltungsladen in der beheizten Garage. Das Bike startet nicht mehr. Danke sehr, die Batterie ist für die Tonne nach nur einem Jahr. Ich kaufe nur noch Yuasa, Bosch, Varta.

Fast 9 Jahre!
Am 30.7.2015 habe ich die Batterie für meine Harley Panhead (Kickstarter) gekauft und eingebaut. Im Frühling 2024 bringt es die Batterie nur noch auf etwas über 10 V und muss ersetzt werden.

Minderwertigste Qualität
Jedes Jahr muss eine neue her. Ob sie in der Maschine bleibt, oder ausgebaut, immer tiefentladen. Nach dem Laden zwar ok, nächsten Tag wieder tot. Wahnsinn…

Geht so.
Geht leider schnell kaputt. Habe sie immer ausgebaut und geladen und trotzdem ist sie nach knapp 1,5 Jahren nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Die Originale Säurebatterie hielt bei gleicher Handhabung 5 Jahre. Wenn nur das Auslaufen nicht wäre.

Polbefestigung
Habe mir die Batterie für meine alte Yamaha YZF R1 gekauft und bin auch ganz zufrieden was die Größe und Startleistung angeht. Da ich die Batterie erst vor kurzem eingebaut habe kann ich zur Haltbarkeit noch nichts sagen, allerdings worüber ich was sagen kann sind die minderwertigen Polanschlüsse da sollte Polo vielleicht noch mal nachbessern!!! Entweder sind die Schrauben zu kurz oder die Platten sind zu klein das kann schon ganz schön Fummelig werden die Polanschlüsse anzuschrauben !!!

HI-Q HTX20L-BS
Bei der Angabe der Kaltstartleistung 270A fehlt die Angabe nach welcher Norm gemessen wird. Die Muttern für die Polbefestigung sind minderwertig. Sie liegen bei Verschraubung oben ganz unten, wobei die Schrauben bei Anschluss mit den Polen zu kurz sind. Bei Verwendung von längeren Schrauben ist das ganze sehr fummelig, da die Muttern lose in den Polen liegen. Ich habe Polfett verwendet, um die Muttern oben einigermaßen fixieren zu können. Vernünftige Muttern wären klar von Vorteil.

Passt in alte BMW Typ247 super gut
Habe diese Batterie im Angebot mit meinem Geburtstag Rabatt sehr günstig in der Filiale bekommen. Für meine alte BMW R75/7 passt sie super ist leichter einzubauen als der Vorgänger. Bat. war sehr gut vorgeladen. Nach 12 Mon. Standzeit sprang das Schätzchen auch sofort mit Anlasser an und musste nicht mit dem Hangabtrieb gestartet werden. Die Vorgänger Batterie schafte das nicht mehr ( 15 Jahre alt, noch offene Bat. ) Klare Kauf Empfehlung für olle BMW.

Nach 1 Saison defekt
Die Batterie ist bereits nach einer Saison hinüber und das trotz der Überwinterung im Keller für gerade einmal 3 Monate.
