Universal front turn indicator with integrated position light and state-of-the-art lighting technology.

ATTENTION:
When using LED indicators on vehicles that originally do not use LED indicators, it may be necessary to replace the flasher relay and/or use resistors to reduce the flashing frequency to an allowable level.

Options:

• if the legal distances cannot be maintained otherwise or if the license plate is simply in the way, additional necessary matching extensions for the indicator arm can be used (Order No. 50170400860, 50170400870, or 50170400871)
• for easier connection without modifications to the cables of the original indicators, corresponding adapter cables are available for many manufacturers/models (Order No. 50170003460 and following as well as 50170502000 and following)
• if the installation is to be carried out in place of the original indicators, their mounting is usually too large - suitable adapter plates are available for many manufacturers/models, allowing for hassle-free installation (Order No. 50170100000 and following)
• with the adjustable 2-channel resistor (Order No. 50220000640), usage is also possible on models with CAN-BUS without problems - usually 1x necessary per position light/indicator

With E-mark for the front.
Indicators and position lights have an E-mark and require no further documentation.
They can be installed without any issues, according to installation regulations.

For motorcycles with E-approval (from about mid/end of the 90s) the following apply:
Minimum distance from indicator glass to indicator glass front: 240 mm
Minimum distance from indicator glass to headlight glass: 75 mm
Permissible mounting height: 350 to 1200 mm
Geometric visibility inward/outward: 20/80 degrees
Geometric visibility up and down: 15 degrees
Permissible flashing frequency: 60 to 120 cycles per minute
For older models, vehicles that have been approved individually, or in non-EU countries, different measurements may apply.
