For a product of the WGB THE WERKZEUG brand, the current legal warranty regulations apply.

This test result is binding.
Replaced tools become our property (WGB).
The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period that are due to manufacturing or material defects at the time of purchase.
The warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any other obligations.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases: improper or non-intended use of the tool, alteration or modification of the tool, non-compliance with operating instructions, and normal wear and tear of the tool.
The warranty ends as soon as the tool becomes unusable for reasons not attributable to a material or manufacturing defect.
Replacement delivery under this warranty is free of charge.
It neither extends nor recommences the warranty period.
The warranty applies to products purchased within the European Union.
