For repairing all paper gaskets. For example for old gaskets which are no longer available or as a low-cost alternative to an original part. 6 different seal strengths permit repairs in many different areas (e.g. manifold, cylinder head, thermostat, etc.).
Abil™ N based on NBR-bound cellulose fibres. The gasket material is primarily used for forming a seal against hot and cold oils, greases, fuels and coolant with additives to protect against corrosion and frost. Typical points of application are control housing, transmission, valve hood, sump, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, chemical apparatus, pumps and compressors. Temperature-resistant to a maximum of 120 °C.
EWP 207 is a seal material based on NBR-bound, synthetic organic fibres. EWP 207 has a good resistance to oil and fuel. EWP 207 is primarily used for forming a seal against cold and hot oils, greases, fuels and coolant with
additives to protect against corrosion and frost. Typical points of application are sump, valve hood, transmission and casing cover. Temperature-resistant to a maximum of 200 °C.
FW 522 is based on NBR-bound aramid fibres with a metal insert made from perforated
sheet metal. The seal material combines very good resistance to oil and fuel with good pressure resistance. FW 522 is used for components that are subject to high temperatures, such as exhaust pipe and exhaust manifold. Temperature-resistant to a maximum of 250 °C.
